Omschrijving: Links een jonge vrouw met een brief in de handen, gekleed in een ochtendensemble, bestaande uit een caraco met capuchon op een rok afgezet met een gerimpelde strook stof. Op het hoofd een muts met fichu met drie punten. Rechts een jonge Petit-Maître gekleed in een frak of habit en Polonaise (?). Hieronder draagt hij een halsdoek, kort vest: Gillet à la Turque, kniebroek en kousen. Gerimpelde jabot en manchetten. Accessoires: hoed à la Suisse, ketting(?), breloques, wandelstok, schoenen met gespen. De prent maakt waarschijnlijk deel uit van een almanak, ca. 1778.
