Description
English: Accumulation of "mushy jelly clumps" on the ground of a nutrient-poor, clear freshwater pool (about 20 cm in depth). These are probably colonies of ciliates, possibly the taxon Ophrydium (cf. versatile or similar); Peritrichia; Ciliophora.
Deutsch: Ansammlung von weichen, halbtransparenten, algenüberzogenen Gallertklumpen am Grund eines nährstoffarmen Klarwassertümpels in ca. 20 cm Tiefe. Vermutlich handelt es sich um Kolonien von Wimpertierchen, möglicherweise des Taxons Ophrydium (cf. versatile o. ä.); Peritrichia; Ciliophora.
