Français : Portrait de femme portant un collier de perles, une robe de velours rouge et de mousseline blanche.
Selon la tradition transmise par la famille où ce portrait et son pendant (un portrait d'homme) étaient conservés, il s'agirait du portrait de l'artiste, Jeanne-Elisabeth Chaudet, et de son second époux, Pierre-Arsène-Denis Husson. Cette identification est douteuse : outre le fait que les portraits sont datés de 1811, alors que le mariage n'a lieu qu'en 1812, les portraits semblent représenter des modèles beaucoup plus jeunes que le sont alors Chaudet et Husson (ils ont alors tout deux 44 ans)
