Many people experience the need to draw up strict boundaries around their territory. Their limits are clearly demarcated: to a certain point and not farther.

They feel threatened and want to show that limits cannot be trespassed on, so easily. By doing so, they believe they can avoid possible permanent quarrels and everlasting discussions.
