Nederlands: Collectie Collectie Fotoburo de Boer Inventarisnummer NL-HlmNHA_54032096 Beschrijving Jarenlang stond de voormalige Gemeenteschool voor jongens in de Haarlemse Wilhelminastraat er vervallen en desolaat bij. Het gebouw werd slechts gebruikt als opslagplaats en ging zienderogen achteruit. Vandaar dat de gemeente het voor niet al te veel geld verkocht aan projectontwikkelaar Cobraspen Vastgoed in Overveen. Tegenover die "zachte" prijs stond één voorwaarde: de school moest door de nieuwe eigenaar worden opgeknapt. Aan de buitenkant is dat inmiddels gebeurd en op het moment wordt gewerkt aan het interieur. Cobraspen gaat het pand dat aan de achterzijde over een parkeerterrein beschikt, verhuren als schoolvoorbeeld van goede kantoorruimte in hartje Haarlem. Aangekocht van United Photos de Boer bv. - Negatiefnummer 35168 k 28 a. - Gepubliceerd in het Haarlems Dagblad van 10.10.1991.
