| Description |
한국어: 목 짧은 항아리는 현재까지의 연구에 의하면 기원후 1세기부터 출현하여 백제, 신라, 가야 등 삼국시대 한강 이남의 여러 지역에서 사용된 토기형태이다. 배부른 몸통에 목이 짧고 입이 넓은 토기로 표면에 무늬가 없는 것도 있으나 와질토기와 같이 전신에 타날문이 나타나는 것이 많다.
초기 목 짧은 항아리의 형태는 바닥이 둥글게 튀어나온 형태였으나 점차 발전하여 돗자리무늬, 격자무늬, 평행타날이 새겨져 있고, 구멍 뚫린 귀를 붙이거나 둥근 파수를 붙였나갔다. 해당 전시품은 백제의 토기이다. |
