Description
English: “A thin plume of smoked marked the death plunge of this Japanese bomber, hot out of the sky by U.S. Marine fighter planes over Guadalcanal in the early stages of fighting or the Solomon Islands. Shortly after this picture was snapped the plane crashed and exploded.”
