Description
Nederlands: Foto gemaakt tijdens onze reis destijds, begin april 1985, ging per Trans-Siberië expres vanaf Hoek van Holland via tussenstop Moskou, naar Nachaodka aan de oostelijke grens van -toen nog- de USSR. Vandaar per schip naar Japan, en per metro naar ons eerste verblijf, een tempel buiten Tokyo. Vandaar af maakten we één lange retour reis met een tentje op twee gesponsorde Kawasaki motoren, naar west Japan, Kyushu. Terug in Tokyo ging het tweede deel naar het noorden, Hokkaido.
English: photographs taken during our trip, April 1985, by Trans-Siberia Express from Hoek van Holland with a stopover in Moskou, to Nachodka at the easternmost border of the then USSR. By ship to Japan, by underground to our first stay in a tempel in the vicinity of Tokyo. From Tokyo with two sponsored Kawasaki motorbikes we traveled to the west, Kyushu, and to the north, Hokkaido.
