Notes Nicolaas van der Meer was Vicar General and Dean of the Chapter of Haarlem since 1716 and pastor in Amsterdam. Engraving by François Morellon de La Cave after a painting by Jan Anthonie Coxcie, the original of which is part of the collection of Museum Catharijneconvent in Utrecht.
