Veteran Engineer Dies At Hospital. James B. Wilson, 81, engineer on the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul railway for over 40 years, died at a local hospital Sunday afternoon. Surviving are his brother, Walter E. Wilson, 432 West Gilman street; a son, W. E. Wilson, Milwaukee; a sister, Mrs. J. Alexander in California. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. from the Powers funeral parlors and at 9 from St. Raphael church, the Rev. P. B. Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Calvary. The deceased was born in Milwaukee May 10, 1860. When five years old he came to this city, where he has since lived. At an early age he became a fireman on the C. M. & St. Paul railway, and when 21 years old became an engineer, remaining in the service until recently when he became ill. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Engineers and of Moose Lodge. Moose rites will be conducted at the cemetery.
