Description
English: Gen. James T. Conway, Commandant of the Marine Corps, talks with the police chief of Karma during his visit to Karma's Joint Security Station, Feb. 19. Conway also toured the city to survey the progress the Marines of 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1 have made over the course of their deployment.
