English: Caption written at the time: "James D. Hoge[.] One of the most prominent figures in northwestern financial circles. Mr. Hoge is chairman of the board of directors of the Union National Bank as well as a director in the Pacific Steamship Company, the Oregon, Washington, & Idaho Airplane Company, and the First National Bank of Zanesville, Ohio. Aside from his business activities Mr. Hoge has always taken an active part in civic enterprises. He is president of the Seattle Symphony Orchestra Association and is a past president of the Rainier Club. |
