[edit]DescriptionJalebi making process at Old and famous Jalebiwala shop at Chandni Chowk, DelhiIMG 20150401 135545.jpg |
English: Situated at the northern end of Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib in Chandni Chowk, Delhi this age-old sweet shop dishes out the juiciest jalebis in the city. Unlike the regular crunchy versions available in the other parts of the city, these jalebis are thick, large and soft. After being fried in pure ghee, they are dipped in a blend of sugar syrup and spices.
