Español: El carnaval urbano de la ciudad de Puebla (México) tiene lugar en sus barrios más Antiguos la vida compartida en comunidad, soporte de varias prácticas culturales, hace del barrio un territorio con una cierta organización temporal y de ocupaciones y es, al mismo tiempo, un lugar donde el grupo se plantea existir con algún sentido humano. El barrio va a desempeñar un factor primordial en la gestación de la fiesta y es por él que aún se mantiene, tiene características comunes a los que se celebran en el resto del mundo, especialmente en cuanto a fechas y funciones. Se dice que estos festejos tuvieron su origen en la época colonial en los barrios antiguos de esta ciudad como lo son el Alto, Xonaca, Analco, La Luz entre otros gracias a un grupo de tlaxcaltecas vendedores de carbón que lo trajeron de su tierra. |
