English: This temple of Jagannath is located near Patan Kumaripati in Lalitpur district. As there is an inscription in this temple premises, this temple must be Mallakalin. It is an idol of Jagannath in the artistic style of black stone. This idol has been protected by the snake god. There are many other small deities in the temple premises. Devotees flock to this temple on the great Hindu festival of Shivaratri, as well as on other festivals. This statue with doors all around is on the side of the road in a small building. It is also called the ancient temple.
