| Description |
Deutsch: Ruine des Jagdschlosses/Jagdhauses Schmöckwitz am Seddiner See im Berliner Stadtbezirk Treptow-Köpenick (Zustand im Februar 2014). – Das im Barockstil gehaltene Haus wurde um 1700 (1702) von Martin Grünberg erbaut. Der Architekt war auch am Zeughaus Unter den Linden und am Schloss Charlottenburg beteiligt. Preußenkönig Friedrich I. nutzte das Haus in Schmöckwitz als Residenz. Danach diente es als Forst- und Wohnhaus. Leerstand seit 1991. Es stand unter Denkmalschutz. Im November 2014 erteilte die Untere Denkmalschutzbehörde die Genehmigung zum Abriss, da die Bausubstanz durch Vandalismus und Brand zu stark zerstört war.
