Summary
English: The building on Barockstrasse, known in Ottweiler as the pavilion, was built on behalf of Prince Wilhelm Heinrich of Nassau-Saarbrücken according to plans by the general building director Friedrich Joachim Stengel in 1758/1759. The princely lords lived in the "little castle" mainly during their stays in Ottweiler during the hunting season. A marble fireplace, doors and door panels, as well as a baroque staircase are reminders of its origins. |
