Summary
[edit]DescriptionJacob Riis Park td (2023-09-04) 071 - Bathhouse Beach Pavilion.jpg |
English: The western section (Part 1) of the Bathing Pavilion or Beach Pavilion on the south side of the Jacob Riis Park bathhouse, at Bay 4 along the Atlantic Ocean at the west end of Rockaway Beach Boulevard in Rockaway, Queens. The Beach Pavilion and the Entrance Pavilion at the north end of the complex have been gutted as part of a major renovation of the complex, to be completed by 2024. Though this section will likely become office or hotel space, its current appearance as an open-air gallery is quite tantalizing. |
