A sawhorse is in front of the building. Construction equipment is in the building. Lumber is piled in front of the machine shop. A second building, to the right of the machine shop. is under construction. Its frame is beginning to go up. A man is standing on scaffolding in front of this building and nailing the top of the frame. A railroad track runs in front of both buildings. Trees are behind them.
