Description Louisiana state officials, along with LANG Assistant Adjutant General Maj. Gen. Hunt B. Downer, receives a flyover tour of the reconstruction of Jackson Barracks on Feb. 19. Jackson Barracks is the Louisiana National Guard headquarters that was heavily damaged in 2005 as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
