English: The jack fruit seeds are gathered from the ripe fruit during summer, sun-dried and stored for use during the rest of the year in many parts of coastal Karnataka, India. The seeds then slowly cooked in a coconut gravy and eaten with rice or dipping for the breakfast dosa, neerdosa or even bread |
