Description
English: Installed but not yet lit, the new burner for the eternal flame at the John F. Kennedy grave site at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington County, Virginia, in the United States, on October 1, 2013. The Norfolk District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers oversaw the work. Contractors worked from April to October 2013 to install a new burner, igniter, gas, and air lines as well as new safety controls and sensors.
