English:

A bent Medieval copper alloy jetton, dating to the late 14th century and attributable to either Charles V of France (1364-1380) or Louis de Male of Flanders (1346-1384). Obverse is mostly lost to corrosion but has an eight-arched tressure, probably containing a now illegible shield, legend is mostly lost:[...]ES:COMTES[...]. Reverse has a double stranded arcuate cross feuilly, +GETES:CONTES:SOVMES[...]BI. Cf Mitchiner 1988 number 420 (France) or those of Flanders described on p252.
