English: (Oct. 18, 2007) NAGOYA, Japan - Boarding team members from the Japan Coast Guard apprehend a suspect in the pilothouse during a law enforcement demonstration involving the crew from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell and the Japan Coast Guard aboard the Japanese Cutter Mizuho. The Boutwell is currently deployed as U.S. Coast Guard representatives in the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF). This forum was developed to combat illegal fishing and increase international maritime safety and security on the Northern Pacific Ocean and its borders.
