Description
Deutsch: Richtung Bahnhof Schkeuditz, der Anschluss zum Luftfrachtumschlagbahnhof ist zwar ein Bahnhofsgleis, doch gibt es dafür die Streckennummer 6398. Nachdem sie nach der offiziellen Inbetriebnahme am 1. Mai 2008 kaum genutzt wurde, änderte sich das langsam mit der Einrichtung der DHL-Basis und der Zunahme des Güterverkehrs. Zum Aufnahmezeitpunkt ist zur Beseitigung von Schleuderstellen ein Schienenwechsel erforderlich.
Die Führung der neuen Bundesstraße 6 zwischen Schkeuditz und Wahren erforderte für den Anschluss ein aufwändiges Kreuzungsbauwerk und eine Rampe mit für die Leipziger Tieflandsbucht ungewöhnlich großer Neigung.
