Deutsch: Ein Reisezugwagen, diese Form gab es in Deutschland nur hier. Reisezugwagen mit geschlossenen Einstiegsräumen setzten sich auf deutschen Schmalspurstrecken ansonsten nicht durch. Die Ausnahme waren einige in den Zwanzigern gebaute Wagen in Stahlbauart für die Strecke Bad Doberan–Kühlungsborn. Der Wagen macht aufgrund der vergleichsweise hohen Lage der Kupplungen und der geringen Breite einen hochbeinigen Eindruck. Das Sprengwerk zeigt, dass der Wagenkasten nicht mittragend ist. Er ist eine blechbeplankte Holzkonstruktion. Der Wagen wurde erst 1940 von Lindner in Ammendorf im Stil der bereits vorhandenen Wagen aus der Zeit kurz nach 1900 gebaut, im Inneren gab es zwei durchgehende Längsbänke. Erst beim Wiederaufbau für den Museumsbetrieb erhielt der Wagen Quersitze mit Tischen und eine Toilette. |
