Deutsch: Vor der Fahrt nach Rom, die Einheit ist mit zweisystemfähigen Triebköpfen der Reihe 7 404 bespannt und verkehrt noch im ersten Frecciarossa-Anstrich. Die Züge entsprechen in ihrer Konzeption mit zwei Triebköpfen etwa den deutschen ICE 1 der Reihe 401, allerdings sind sie intern mit Schraubenkupplungen und Seitenpuffern gekuppelt.
