Description
Deutsch: Von der Klappbrücke »Zum Wildwasser«, der Kanal wurde im März 2021 nach nur sieben Betriebsjahren gesperrt und durch zwei Sicherungsdämme abgesperrt, weil in der Umgebung der Schleuse Risse im Erdboden entstanden. Die ursprünglich bis 31. Mai 2021 vorgesehene Sperrung nicht nur des Kanals, sondern auch beider Seen wurde Ende Mai auf unbegrenzte Zeit verlängert. Während um Senftenberg längst alle Zechenseen durch befahrbare Kanäle verbunden sind, ist der Leipziger Gewässerverbund zumindest beim Stand 2021 ausgesprochen erfolglos.
