Description
Deutsch: Vom Ostkopf Richtung Westen, links liegen die Güterzuggleise, die für den Hafenumschlag benötigt werden. Hinter der Trennung der Strecke Richtung Šapjane und Pivka liegen weitere Güterverkehrsgruppen. Sämtliche Weichen sind ortsbedient, das ist zumindest ungewöhnlich und personalaufwändig.
Die Fahrleitung wurde schon vor der Umschaltung von 3 kV Gleich- auf 25 kV Wechselspannung im Dezember 2012 umgebaut, dabei entfielen die italienischen Mehrgleisausleger zugunsten von Fachwerkjochen. Der Doppelfahrdraht über den Hauptgleisen, der bei 25 kV nicht erforderlich wäre, musste für den zwischenzeitlichen Gleichstrombetrieb beibehalten werden. Seit Mitte Dezember liegt die Systremgrenze nicht mehr in Moravice, sondern im kroatischen Grenzbahnhof Šapjane Richtung Slowenien.
