Description
Deutsch: Die Gruppenablenkung lenkt die Stellleitungen, die senkrecht zur Gleisachse aus dem Stellwerk austreten, um 90° in die Lage parallel zu den Gleisen ab. Gleichzeitig wird der Abstand der einzelnen Stränge vom Hebelabstand im Stellwerk auf die nötige Breite reduziert. Hier liegen zwischen dem Stellwerk und der Gruppenablenkung noch mehrere Gleise, für deren Querung Gleisbrücken eingebaut werden mussten. Die Rollen mit Ketten sind für die Signalleitungen erforderlich, bei Anlagen britischer Bauart sind das Einfachdrahtzugleitungen. Die Rückstellkraft bringt ein Gegengewicht auf, im Fall der Signale ist es am Ausgleichshebel befestigt. Die Gruppenablenkung vor dem Stellwerk Ost ist besonders verbaut. Kaum zwei Teile sind gleich und gegeneinander tauschbar, die Ersatzteilhaltung ist bei Gestängestellwerken deutlich erschwert.
