Description
Deutsch: Schnellzug Buenos Aires–Tucumán vor der Abfahrt im Bahnhof Retiro Mitre, die Fahrmotorübersetzung der Lokomotiven der Reihe 8H ist für 160km/h ausgelegt. Der Oberbau der Strecke bis Rosario würde diese Geschwindigkeit auf großen Teilen auch hergeben, die Sicherungstechnik ist jedoch weitgehend auf dem Stand von 1910. Die Gitter vor den Frontscheiben schützen insbesondere vor Steinewerfern. Die Lackschäden an den zum Aufnahmezeitpunkt erst drei bis vier Jahre alten Fahrzeugen zeigen, dass diese Vorsorge nötig ist.
Das Logo »Nuevos Ferrocarriles Argentinos« entspricht dem der 1992 zerschlagenen alten Staatsbahnverwaltung von 1948.
