Description
Deutsch: Die Plattform wird vom Hersteller PESA »Dart« genannt, ausgelegt ist sie für eine Geschwindigkeit von 250 km/h. PKP IC hat jedoch Wagen für nur 160 km/h bestellt. Inzwischen werden auch in Polen UIC-EDV-Nummern angeschrieben, jedoch ohne Bezug zum bisherigen Nummernplan. Die einzelnen Glieder laufen auf Jakobsdrehgestellen, die auf der Messe vorgestellte Einheit ist fünfteilig. Im Regelbetrieb sind achteilige vorgesehen. In der Nummerierung ist das berücksichtigt, die Endwagen haben die Ordnungsnummern 245 und 252. Wegen der abgesenkten Einstiegshöhe von 760 mm liegen die Einstiege in Wagenmitte.
