Deutsch: Ostwärts von der Pont des Arts, die Pont Neuf verbindet die beiden Seineufer über die Westspitze der Île de la Cité. Die Brücke ist die älteste, im Originalzustand erhaltene Pariser Brücke. Gebaut wurde sie 1578 bis 1607 und als erste Brücke in Paris wurde sie nicht mit Häusern bebaut. Sie war ebenfalls die erste Brücke, die die Ufer in gerader Linie verband.
