Description
Deutsch: Abzw Leuchtturm, früher „Al“ (Abzweig Leipzig), wurde schon umgangssprachlich „Leuchtturm“ genannt, bevor die Bezeichnung offiziell wurde (mit Entfall des alten mechanischen Stellwerks und der Errichtung des Container-Gleisbildstellwerks infolge des S-Bahnbaus). Der Name stammt von dem Gasthaus „Zum Leuchtturm“, das sich an der nahegelegenen Leipziger Chaussee befand, sowie der nach dem Gasthaus benannten Leuchtturmsiedlung. Mehrere Verbindungen wie die nach rechts zur Strecke 6351 sind erst vor kurzem eingerichtet worden. Vom Streckengleis Magdeburg–Leipzig der Strecke 6403. Das Gleis ganz rechts ist die S-Bahn-Strecke 6053 Halle (S) Hbf–Gröbers.
