English: Looking north along the Ivanpah-Control (I-C) 115 kV AC subtransmission line in 2019, shown passing under the 500 kV Pacific Direct Current Intertie (PDCI) and a 230 kV single circuit AC line behind the PDCI, in Blackrock, California, 36 line miles south of the Control substation. The I-C towers will be replaced with new taller towers, and new conductors higher off the ground. |
