Description
Български: 339. Най-старите гробища в с. Черна, Северна Добруджа. В турско време гробищата из селата в Сев[ерна] Добруджа са били винаги в черковния двор, обаче гдето дворът е бил тесен, гробищата са премествани на края на селото; когато селото е пораствало дотолкова, че гробищата оставали сред селото, заобиколени с дворове, тогава те са били премествани още един път вън от селото. Тъй че почти във всяко добруджанско село (из Сев[ерна] Добруджа) сега намираме по три-четири гробища - съвсем новите от 1880-1885 г. насам - далеч от селото. В образите са представени най-старите гробища в с. Черна, заобиколени с дворове. Повечето от плочите са недялани, върху лицата им са гравирани кръстчета; ония кръстчета, които са заобиколени с четвъртити гравирани фигури, са мъжки, а ония с окръжност са женски. Църквата в с. Черна е била построена в 1840 г. (по надписа на една плоча), ала тия гробища са съществували преди църквата 20-30 години. Скицирано на 4.Х.1917 г. (Т. 7, обр. 103.)
