Description
Italiano: Segnale stradale italiano: rifornimento. Indica un'impianto di distribuzione carburante lungo la viabilità extraurbana. Introdotto nel 1992 come figura II 356 del Regolamento. Nelle didascalie del Regolamento è specificato che il simbolo nero si riferisca alla benzina ordinaria (con piombo) mentre quello verde si riferisca alla benzina verde (senza piombo), in seguito, per via dell'utilizzo sostanzialmente esclusivo della benzina senza piombo, il segnale ha assorbito il significato di quello di figura II 357. Tale cambiamento di significato è stato suggerito dalla direttiva n. 777 del 2006 (seconda direttiva sulla corretta ed uniforme applicazione delle norme del Codice della Strada in materia di segnaletica e criteri per la sua installazione e manutenzione), senza che le didascalie del Regolamento venissero mai modificate.
English: Italian road sign: fuel. Introduce in 1992 as picture II 356 of Highway Code Regulations. Initially the sign referred only to leaded petrol and a separated signs was used for unleaded petrol (picture II 357); however directive n. 777 of 2006 suggested the use of picture II 356 for all kind of petrol, considering the almost universal availability of unleaded fuel, even if the Highway Code Regulation have never been modified.
