Description
Afrikaans: Beginsel van die isomorfiese vervangingsmetode vir struktuurbepaling. F1 en F2 verteenwoordig die totale struktuurfaktor van twee isomorfe kristalle vir 'n gegewe refleksie, en ΔF is hul verskil. Die hoeke φ1 en φΔF is die fases van F1 en ΔF, en hulle is verwant via φ.
English: Principle of the isomorphous replacement method for structure solution. F1 and F2 represent the total structure factor from two isomorphous crystals for a given reflection, ΔF is their difference. The angles φ1 and φΔF are the phases of F1 and ΔF, they are related via φ.
