Description
Español: Figura 2. Caracterización espaciotemporal de la activación de células beta.

A) Activación de células beta. Las imágenes se presentan como F/F 0 y pseudocoloreadas con azul y blanco que representan señales de baja y alta intensidad, respectivamente. La barra de escala indica 50 µm. Los números indican el tiempo después del comienzo de la estimulación en segundos.
B) Las regiones que se activaron en un momento determinado se indican como áreas rojas bordeadas de negro y las regiones ya activadas solo con rojo.

Las diferencias entre las células individuales dentro de estas regiones no se pudieron resolver a la velocidad de registro de 0,5 Hz. No es visible ningún patrón espacial regular de activación.
