English: Inscription on the facade of the Offices Palace in the EUR district of Rome (Italy)
It means: «The Third Rome will dilate on other hills along the banks of the sacred river down to the beaches of the Tyrrhenian». The inscription is taken from a speech by Mussolini on 31 December 1925. Italiano: Iscrizione sulla facciata del Palazzo degli Uffici situato nel quartiere Eur di Roma (Italia)
