Description
English: The Ironton Port Authority has been approved for a Clean Ohio Assistance Fund grant to conduct remediation activities for the River Valley Hospital demolition project located in Lawrence County. The 4.3-acre property, first used for commercial purposes in 1936 when the county constructed a hospital here, is comprised of 15 parcels. The property will ultimately be redeveloped into single-family residential units.
