| Description |
English: The Ironton Port Authority has been awarded a Clean Ohio Assistance Fund grant for a Phase II Environmental Assessment of the Ironton Riverfront Wharf property. The property is made up of multiple parcels located along the Ohio River just north of downtown Ironton. The property has been used for iron works and as a junkyard among other uses. The Phase II assessment is complete. Upon completion of a Phase II assessment and remediation, the property will be used as a riverfront park with the potential for addition development such as a restaurant or residential units. |
