Description
English: Sgt. 1st Class Arthur Maples, native of Earle, Ark. receives his promotion to master sergeant on the 926th Engineer Brigade roof top, Sept. 15, 2008. Maples has been in the Army for 21 years and he is the Task Force Iron Claw Academy's non-commissioned officer in charge. Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, commander 926th Engineer Brigade, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, bestowed the rank on the new master sergeant.
