Description
English: An Iron Age silver unit of the North Thames region, attributed to the Catuvellauni and the Trinovantes tribe, struck under Cunobelinus. Dating to c. AD 8-41. 'Cunobelinus Hunters' type. Obverse: Hercules right, club in right hand, lion skin on shoulders. CVNOBELINVS around. Reverse: Diana standing left, dog at side and bow in left hand. TASIIOVANTIS around. ABC 2879, BMC 1886-88
