Description
English: Iron Age coin; Cast copper alloy coin, probably the core of a previously gold plated contemporary copy of a gold stater. This seems to be a copy of the North-Eastern ‘AVN CO’ inscribed type, dated to c.AD 10-60. This is very worn and the design is difficult to determine. However, it seems to be:

Obv. Possible abstract laurel wreath design (extremely worn) No inscription Rev. Horse facing left with some pellets beneath A N […] (retrograde N)

Diameter 18.3mm, thickness 2.2mm, weight 3.67g
