Mosier, brigade surgeon, both 17th Fires Brigade, practice evacuating a litter casualty to a helicopter Feb. 24, 2010, at the Contingency Operating Base Basra flight line. Second Lt. Muhamad Hussam, a medical officer with the Iraqi army's 52nd Brigade, 14th Div., who was severely wounded as a medic during the 2008 "Charge of the Knights," battle for Basra, was instrumental in getting the program started, Mosier. |
