Description
English:
~Békéscsaba Training Centre Széchenyi István Bilingual Technical School and College of Economics (Est. 1926). Built in 2006. Moved from #3 Andrássy Road. Plaque to János Szeberényi physician on Irányi Street side with bilingual Hungarian-Slovak inscription: "~This was the place where János Szeberényi (1896-1961), the respected and beloved physician of the people of Csaba, lived and healed. The memorial plaque was erected by the grateful residents of Békéscsaba in 2007." There is also a Count István Széchenyi de Sárvár-Felsővidék relief by Gábor Mihály (1991 bronze, round, portrait relief) on Justh Gyula Street side facade - 3-5 Irányi Street (Justh Gyula Street corner), Downtown, Békéscsaba, Békés County, Hungary.

Korábban (1926-2006) a Andrássy út 3 szám alatt az egykori Járásbíróság (és bérház) épületében volt az intézmény - Korább a Zvaratkó-ház állt itt, ahol a Remenyiczky majd Kaiser Mihály később Fekete István sütöde működött. Az 1920-as években az Első Alföldi Gépkereskedelmi vállalat, Luczky János vegyeskereskedése, Békéscsabai Altalános Népegylet Rt., is itt működött. A Irányi utca 3–5. számú házakat 2005-ben bontották le.
