| Description |
English: Work is underway to build a short new railway line in Ipswich, Suffolk. Known as 'Bacon Factory Curve', it will allow freight trains running south on the main line to run directly to the Felixstowe Branch Line. This is the adiditonal span that has been added to Sproughton Road Bridge to accommodate the new line where it will join the main line at Europa Junction (under construction out of the picture to the right). |
