Atlas van Stolk 863. Hollstein Dutch 5 Omschrijving: Feestelijke intocht gehouden door Robert Dudley, graaf van Leicester, te 's-Gravenhage op 6 januari 1586. Twaalf genummerde bladen bedoeld om achterelkaar tot een lange strook te monteren. De stoet met triomfpoorten, bogen, stellages met muzikanten en tonelen en vreugdevuren is afgebeeld in de eerste tien platen, de laatste twee platen zijn van het vuurwerk op het strand (te Scheveningen?) en van de Hofvijver en het Binnenhof. English: Festive entry held by Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester, at The Hague on January 6, 1586. Twelve numbered pages intended to be assembled one after the other into a long strip. The procession with triumphal gates, arches, scaffolds with musicians and theaters and bonfires is depicted in the first ten plates, the last two plates are of the fireworks on the beach (in Scheveningen?) And of the Hofvijver and the Binnenhof.
