English: The International Women’s Day was observed at Headquarters, Eastern Naval Command on 08 March 2017. On this day, a cultural programme by women Officers and staff was conducted to motivate the employees. Smt Neeja Kapoor, w/o Cmde Deepak Kapoor, CSO(P&A) was the Chief Guest. Later, all women employees also visited the JC Orphanage Home, Malkapuram and interacted with the inmates. They also presented an inverter to the orphanage and distributed the required utility items to the inmates. A large number of Service and Civilian women employees of Headquarters, Eastern Naval Command were present during the occasion. |
